Terms and Conditions

Your Flights (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

Your Flights operates exclusively as an independent travel intermediary. We are not an airline, airline affiliate, airline subsidiary, or authorized agent of any specific air carrier. We do not own, operate, or control any aircraft, and we do not set base airfare prices. Base fares are established solely by the applicable airline or carrier.

Our role is to assist customers in identifying, comparing, and booking air travel arrangements through telephone consultations and agency booking channels. We are compensated through agency service fees charged separately from, and in addition to, the underlying base airfare.

By engaging with our services — whether by calling our phone line, submitting a contact form, or interacting with our website — you acknowledge and agree that Your Flights acts as an intermediary on your behalf, and that all final transportation contracts are between you and the relevant air carrier.

In compliance with applicable state consumer protection laws and the Seller of Travel (SOT) registration requirements of certain U.S. states, Your Flights expressly states that its services are not offered, marketed, advertised, or sold to residents of the following states:

This exclusion applies to all services offered by Your Flights, including but not limited to flight booking assistance, flight changes, rebooking, name corrections, business class upgrades, and last-minute travel assistance.

Your Flights is registered as a business entity in the State of Wyoming and operates in compliance with Wyoming law. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or lawfully available in the excluded states listed above.

Your Flights provides the following intermediary travel assistance services:

• Flight booking assistance (domestic and international air travel)
• Flight date changes, rebooking, and itinerary modifications
• Airline ticket passenger name corrections
• Business class and premium cabin booking and upgrade assistance
• Last-minute and urgent travel booking
• US-Mexico route travel planning and bilingual support
• Callback consultation and quote comparison services

Agency service fees are separate from, and in addition to, any airline-imposed change fees, cancellation fees, fare differences, taxes, or surcharges. Agency service fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the underlying airline transaction, except where required by applicable law.

All prices, fees, and quotes provided by Your Flights on this website or over the phone are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If you are using a payment method issued by a bank outside of the United States, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. Your Flights is not responsible for any such external bank fees or exchange rate fluctuations. By agreeing to purchase services, you acknowledge that the transaction amount will be billed in USD.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are not a resident of California, Florida, Washington, or Hawaii.
• All information you provide to our agents (including names, dates, travel preferences, and payment details) is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• The name on the ticket matches the name on the government-issued identification or passport that will be presented at the time of travel.
• You have read and understood the applicable airline's fare rules, baggage policies, and carriage conditions.
• You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided for the transaction.
• You will not use our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, entry requirements, health documentation) are valid and in order for your intended travel. Your Flights does not provide immigration, visa, or legal advice.

By providing payment information and authorizing a transaction, you agree that:

• You are the authorized holder of the credit or debit card used, or have the express authorization of the card holder.
• You authorize Your Flights to charge the total agreed amount — including base airfare and agency service fees — to the payment method provided.
• Charges may appear on your billing statement as YOUR FLIGHTS, YOURFLIGHTSLLC.COM, or AIRLINE/YOUR FLIGHTS depending on how the carrier transaction is settled.

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS2) authentication may be required for card verification.

Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized dispute filings against valid, disclosed transactions will be vigorously contested. Documented evidence of the transaction, verbal consent recordings, and booking confirmations will be submitted to the issuing bank. Repeat fraudulent chargeback activity may be referred to law enforcement.

Your Flights acknowledges and complies with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation passenger protection rules. Specifically:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Rule: For tickets purchased at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled departure date, customers may cancel their reservation within twenty-four (24) hours of booking for a full refund to the original form of payment, without penalty. Agency service fees may be excluded from this refund per §3 above.
• Involuntary Denied Boarding: If you are involuntarily denied boarding by the airline, you are entitled to compensation under DOT rules (14 CFR Part 250). Our agents can assist you in filing claims with the airline.
• Significant Schedule Changes: If the airline makes a significant schedule change or cancels your flight, you have the right to a full refund of the ticket price (including taxes) from the airline, regardless of fare type.

Your Flights will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating refund requests and rebooking in the event of airline-initiated cancellations, but ultimate authority over refunds and credits rests with the operating carrier.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR FLIGHTS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any act, omission, negligence, default, or insolvency of any air carrier, hotel, ground transportation company, or other travel supplier.
• Flight cancellations, delays, overbooking, or schedule changes caused by the airline.
• Loss, damage, or theft of baggage or personal property during travel.
• Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during travel.
• Denial of entry or deportation by any government or immigration authority.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government travel bans, or war.
• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all events, Your Flights's maximum aggregate liability to any customer, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total agency service fee amount paid by that customer to Your Flights for the specific booking transaction giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any transaction with Your Flights — including disputes about the existence, validity, or enforceability of these Terms — shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND YOUR FLIGHTS EACH AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or via telephone/video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator may award any remedy that a court could award, subject to the limitations of liability set forth in these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction solely to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court within the State of Wyoming for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any claims not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Your Flights reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version will always be posted at www.yourflightsllc.com/terms-and-conditions with the "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of this document.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
